Free printable games and activities to teach kids about healthy eating!
Teaching kids about nutrition and healthy food is one of the most important things that we can do as parents. One of my twins is an adventurous eater, who will try just about anything and eats a wide variety of foods. My other twin is more challenging when it comes to food, and is very particular about what he will eat. Exploring food through play and learning about different types of foods is one way I'm hoping to expand his horizons and prepare both my kids to be healthy eaters for life.
