We're gearing up to celebrate Father's Day, and since I loved getting an "All About My Mom" survey from my boys this year I knew my husband would love one too. And I thought we'd make one for Grandpa too! Since losing my dad two years ago, I know even more now how precious it is for my boys to have a good relationship with my father in law. I know "Pap-Pap" will love this Father's Day gift too!

Easy Homemade Father's Day Gift
I love the idea of making homemade Father's Day gifts, and last year my husband just loved the Handprint Baseballs that we made. They have a place of honor on his desk and I know as the boys grow he will cherish them even more. This year, we've got a few more Father's Day gift ideas planned, but I want to start a new Fathers Day tradition with these Father's Day printables. They are a perfect Father's Day greeting for Dad from his young children, and it will be so fun to make one every year and see how their answers change!
We're also making one for Grandpa, and I know he is just going to love it. I can't wait to see what my boys say for each one, I'm sure they will be adorable.
Free Printables for Dads and Grandpas
I'm offering each of these as free printables for you to start your own Father's Day tradition. Simply download and print - I recommend printing on card stock to make them more durable. Have your kids fill them out, or if your kids are pre writers like mine, have them dictate their answers to you.
You can then laminate them, put them in a frame with a photo (this is the one we're going to get, with a photo of the boys in the middle and their two surveys on either side), or put in a scrapbook. No matter how you choose to display it, you know it will be cherished.
