This week's Frugal Family is all about saving money and time when feeding your family. I've been reading a wonderful book about healthy eating for kids (review coming on Friday!) and I am really focused right now on meal planning. I've found that meal planning is one of the most important things that I can do each week to make sure that we are not wasting money on eating out or time every day searching for what's for dinner. This week's Frugal Family features have some great resources for meal planning and saving money and time on food. Let's check them out!
A Life in Balance started a $29 Grocery Budget Challenge. Barb shares her first week of the challenge - I'm looking forward to following along!
The Chaos and the Clutter shared 5 Chicken Dump Recipes. I am a HUGE fan of freezer meal cooking and I am adding these to my recipe book!
Keeping Life Sane gave us How to Save at the Grocery Store without Coupons. I love coupons but I am really bad about keeping up with them. These tips are great money savers!
Easy Peasy Mom showed us How Meal Planning Can Save Time, Money, and Your Sanity. I couldn't agree more and this is a great introduction if you're new to meal planning.
