Pasta Bakes are one of my favorite easy meals. I love that you don't have to spend time hovering over a boiling pot of water, and you can just dump everything in the dish and cook. We have a wonderful bounty of vegetables from our garden right now, so I thought I'd put together a healthy pasta bake for an easy, delicious weeknight meal!
