I can't even tell you how exciting it was to walk into Boscov's with a mission to revamp my spring wardrobe. It was a cold, rainy day but walking inside the store felt like spring had finally come - there were gorgeous florals and bright colors everywhere I looked. I could have spent hours in there trying everything on, but I was on a mission to find the right pieces that would carry me through the season. I picked up two: a super cute blue and pink knee length sleeveless dress from AGB and a black and white paisley maxi dress from One World. I am just in love with this dress - it is going to be my go to all season long.
Jeans, a tee shirt, and sandals are classic mom essentials. But they don't need to be boring! I found so many cute options for jeans at Boscov's - with everything from embroidery to distressing, you can really find the one that's right for you. I went with cuffed jeans from Vintage America Blues because the fit was absolutely perfect and they were so comfortable, with just enough stretch to help them work in all the right places. I paired them with this classic striped henley tee from Bass - it's soft and cozy with a longer length so no worries about it riding up when we're out on the playground.
I also picked up some crazy comfy and cute slingback sandals from BOC (comfortable shoes are a must for moms). I love the tooled detail and the super cushiony feel - these are perfect for running around with the kids.
Must Have: Crossbody Bag
I was more excited about getting a new spring bag than anything. This is more than just a purse for me - it's a celebration of the fact that I no longer need a diaper bag! So I wanted something perfect and I found it with this gorgeous yellow Tyler Rodin crossbody.
This bag is perfect for busy moms on the go. The crossbody style keeps your hands free while the numerous pockets inside and out can keep you totally organized. I'm a big fan of tunic length tops and they are everywhere this season. Sometimes you want a longer length (hello, leggings) and a flowy tunic is perfect for adding coverage without being bulky.
