I love a good DIY IKEA hack. Seriously, who wouldn't be excited to turn a $4 spice rack into adorable kid's book storage? When I was getting ready to transition my twins into their big kid bedroom IKEA was the first place that I looked. I found all kinds of amazing hacks for IKEA beds (we ended up getting the platform beds with storage), but so many of them were way out of my league. Yes, they look amazing but without unlimited time, serious skills, and power tools, it just wasn't something I could consider a doable DIY project for myself.
Right now I'm working on a few redecorating projects and I'm contemplating trying a few DIY IKEA hacks - but I wanted to find ones that were actually possible. I've pulled together some really clever ideas that look both look fantastic and are doable - even for me!
