10 Travel Bag Essentials You Need to Be Prepared
No matter what kind of trip we're taking, I always pack a bag that I keep close at hand. This travel bag includes things like my wallet and phone of course but also a travel kit that I put together to keep me prepared for anything that comes my way. Want to peek inside? Here are the essentials I never leave home without.
Baby Wipes. Whether I'm traveling with the kids or not, these are always the first thing in my travel bag. Use them to wipe sticky hands, clean off gross surfaces before you touch, and everything in between.
Hand Sanitizer. Sometimes soap and water isn't available and you'll be happy to have some hand sanitizer just in case.
Tissues. Like baby wipes, these are the go to for so much more than sneezes.
Adhesive Bandages and First Aid Cream. Have a supply of bandages and first aid ointment in your kit in case of minor cuts or scrapes, or for blisters from too much walking.
Sunscreen. You can pack the big bottle in your suitcase but keep a small sunscreen stick in your travel bag for emergencies.
Moisturizer and Lip Balm. Whether you're in the air conditioning or out in the sun, your skin and lips can get dry fast. Have a small bottle of moisturizer and a lip balm in your bag to keep your skin in shape.
Feminine Products. Traveling can throw your system out of whack and you want to have supplies just in case.
Toothbrush and Toothpaste. Keep a travel sized toothbrush and toothpaste in your travel kit for a quick brush after meals or snacks.
Over the Counter Pain Reliever. Pack a small supply of your favorite medicine for aches and pains so an unexpected headache doesn't derail your plans.

Renew Life Digest Smart Enzymes. Let's be honest. One of the best parts of vacation is the food. Whether it's getting a hot dog with all the trimmings at a baseball game, trying funnel cake and cotton candy on the boardwalk, or trying the best local cuisine your destination has to offer, traveling is all about culinary adventures. But sometimes, my system needs a little help digesting all those rich and sometimes unfamiliar foods. This is why an enzyme supplement is one of my travel bag must haves.
Digest Smart Enzymes contain 25 plant-based, raw enzymes to provide powerful digestive support when I need it most. I don't want to feel uncomfortable when I'm supposed to be relaxing and enjoying myself on vacation! I can prevent that feeling by taking one Digest Smart Enzyme capsule before each meal. It's the perfect addition to any travel kit so that I feel confident trying new foods without worry.
Of course, you should check in with your doctor if you have a specific condition or food allergies causing you discomfort.
