If you have a Cricut, you probably have a a lot of Cricut supplies. You know, everything from the tools to the materials that help you make all of your favorite projects.
I love my Cricut and I want to use it for all the things so my Cricut supply stash quickly outgrew the one small bin I thought it would fit into (rookie mistake). I needed a better solution to organize my Cricut supplies and I found it with a simple metal craft cart.
But since my craft cart was now going to be my Cricut cart it needed a bit of a makeover, and a few accessories to make it work. I love my new Cricut cart and I have everything you need to make one for your Cricut supplies, including FREE SVG labels!
Making Your Own Cricut Cart
Having all your Cricut supplies in a rolling cart makes perfect sense - not only can you keep everything neat and organized, but you can also have the flexibility to move the cart around to wherever you're working! It's super easy to make your own Cricut organizer cart - here's what you need.
- 3 tier metal rolling cart. You can find these at most craft stores or IKEA, as well as on Amazon, in a variety of colors. I choose gray to match the decor in my craft area.
- 2 plastic bins. You'll want something to fit inside the cart like these.
- Mason jars
- 12x12 plastic paper storage box
- Small plastic pencil boxes
Since this is going to be a Cricut cart, of course it needs some vinyl accents to spruce up the plain metal cart. I chose this FREE Happiness is Homemade SVG to decorate mine. You can download it right here.
Then, simply upload the SVG into Cricut Design Space. You can adjust the size or the colors to match your own decor, then cut onto vinyl. I placed one word on the front of each tier and I love how it turned out!
How to Organize Your Cricut Supplies
Once your cart is decorated, it's time to fill it with your Cricut supplies.
The bottom 2 shelves are perfect to hold rolls of vinyl and iron-on materials. Place plastic bins inside each shelf to keep the rolls neat and contained, and of course, use your Cricut to cut vinyl labels for each bin.

You can slide your trimmer between the jars and the paper box so it is easy to reach. Use small pencil boxes for additional small tools and extras. I keep my glue gun in one because it is such a staple with my Cricut projects as well.
Finally, turn your cart around and stick a removable hook to the back of the top shelf for the perfect storage for all your grip mats. Genius!
That's it! Now all your Cricut supplies are organized in one convenient cart that you can move anywhere you need to work.
