Healthy Peanut Butter Sandwich Recipe


Here's what you need to make this healthy twist on a childhood classic.

Ingredients

  • Arnold® Organic 22 Grains & Seeds Bread
  • Natural Peanut Butter (you can substitute Almond Butter if you prefer)
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Honey


Directions


Start by spreading peanut butter onto your bread. Make it as thick or thin as you like.

Next, cut 1-2 fresh strawberries into thin slices. Spread them evenly on top of the peanut butter.


Then add blueberries in between the strawberry slices.


Next, drizzle some honey on top of your sandwich. 


With the natural sweetness in the fruit, you don't need a lot! Just a little bit will do.
